Not A, Not B, But a C-Section

    I am enrolled in a class called Cure. This is a follow up class after our other class called Disease. In this class we are learning about different kinds of surgeries, medications, and cells. In this unit we are looking at surgeries. Our class went to the International Museum of Surgical Science for a field experience. This is the only museum in the United States dedicated to surgery. Our teacher then directed us to research any surgery and create a pamphlet about it. I have chosen one of the most common surgeries which is a cesarean section. I really loved this project because I learned about something that a lot of people go through. The most challenging part of this project was finding images, which as you can see there are only two.
