Middle school libraries should not have The Catcher in the Rye by A.A.L

I am enrolled in a class called Forbidden Books. In this class we read "The absolutely true diary of a part time Indian". We learned a lot about why books get banned, and why people ban them in certain areas. In this class we had to choose a "forbidden" (banned) book and read it. Once we read it our job is to debate if we agree with it being banned. In my case I read The Catcher in the Rye. We then took our debate to paper and wrote an essay explain our points. The Catcher in the Rye should be banned from middle school libraries. Here is my essay.
