Do you really hate them?

I take a class called forbidden books. In this class we discuss forbidden books, why they were banned, and how certain things are censored from a political standpoint. Recently we were discussing about the great philosopher Socrates. We read a dialogue about his prosecution with Meletus. Our task was to reenact a similar conversation, but in a contemporary context. We practiced using the Socratic method in class to learn that everyone will have a different answer. So as long as the person asking the questions or "Socrates" isn't trying to prove a point, only then can a person understand their views. Here is a video of our own conversation about hatred and our different perspectives. Credit to N.O for the excellent music.
